This is regarding our product, the 23 SS AIR TW series which was launched since May 2023. We have discovered that the MAGNET HOLDER (part that controls magnetic brake) located at the side plate does not meet our strength standards.

To address this issue, we would like to issue a recall for FREE replacement of the MAGNET HOLDER. Please send the affected products to our authorized dealer whom you bought from, together with Daiwa Malaysia warranty card for further action.
